What we do. We help Australian businesses describe their insurance needs through a conversational, AI-assisted discovery process, structure that information into a business risk profile, and match the business with a licensed insurance broker.

What we do not do. Insure My Business does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). We do not provide financial product advice — general or personal. We do not recommend specific insurance products, policies, sums insured, or insurers. We do not provide quotes or pricing. We do not issue or sell insurance. We do not handle premium funds or claims.

What your matched broker does. Holds and maintains their own AFSL. Provides financial product advice and recommendations. Quotes, places, and services your insurance. Is responsible to you for the advice they give, under their AFSL obligations.

How we make money. Brokers pay us a fee for the qualified leads we introduce. The fee is paid by the broker, not by you. You pay us nothing for using the service. The broker fee does not affect your insurance premium.

Complaints. If you have a complaint about the platform, contact us at hello@insuremybusiness.today. If your complaint is about a broker matched to you, raise it with the broker first — they are required to refer unresolved complaints to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) under their AFSL obligations.
